hehe shall blog abt my trip to hk from 8-20 Nov
stayed for 13 days .. ;x
hahahs it's gonna be a long post ! (:
1st day :
woke up at 4 30am and met the rest at Terminal 3 at 6 am .. ;x
was really sleepy but was entertained by Enyan with her silly antics
had fun singing in the plane with horrid nasalness thanks to air pressure ;x and also couldnt on phone in plane . x.x
anyway , reached hk wasnt cold =x in fact it was kinda like sg ..
met our host sisters there ^^ then had many grp photos (:
aft that took airport bus with meryl back home .
omg , journey was super long x.x
then found out that she lives on the mountain facing the PEAK . then I was like WOW ?
cos first time living on a mountain xD
and the view is damn nice there (:
and my host family was nice too ^^ felt really comfortable there [:
so aft settling down , went for tea then shopping at whampoa or smth like that .
the clothes at hk were like DAMN NICE x)
didnt buy anything yet cos too overwhelmed LOL =x
so went for dinner at a restaurant with meryl's relatives .
all of them were so nice to me ..
gave me gifts then I felt really ps cos didnt hav any for them x.x
anw meryl's cousins are cuute (:
younger one kept wanting to sit beside me , awws =x
the hotpot was really yummy too xD
2nd day :
woke up in the morning at abt 9 i think ? then watched a movie with meryl .
movie was abt a very talented young violinist from china , kinda touching really .
hahahs i realised that hk ppl wake up late on sundays cos parents weren't up yet ;x
when parents woke up , went out for lunch and then to the peak (: peak tram up the peak was nice ^^
went to mdm tussaud's wax museum with meryl ;D the wax figures were soo real =x
took many pics there ^^
then went "hiking" round the peak . the view there was SOOOOOO NICE ....
so was walking around and oo ing over the scenery x) while meryl took many photos of ppl's back views hahahahahs .
next , we went boots hunting at Prince Edward x.x
went to so many shops selling boots until almost 眼 花 liaos ~.~
finally bought a pair of white boots (: then went back to meryl's hse .
3rd day :
a monday , which means sch immersion =_=" arghhhs . had to dance in front of our host sisters' school in blazers . =x kinda embarrased ourselves ..
ohwell , some of meryl's classmates were friendly .. while the rest just ignored us x.x
anw , classes were BORING . as usual =x
and they use chalk boards . ohyeah, and their classrooms are air-conditioned , when the weather's already cold -.- how come we dont hav air cons when its hot all year round here ? x.x
anw , saw and ox eyeball in bio ;X was damn gross ..
4th day :
starting to get cold , brrr . the wind was really strong on the mountain .
endured a boring day of lessons especially liberal studies when practically no one listened .
aft sch was the barbecue ! x) my first marshmallow got burnt T_T
then subsequently , all most everyone burnt their marshmallows =x
then aft babecueing our chicken wings for a looong time , both pun and i realised ours were still raw aft biting into it =x so half eaten wings got sent to be barbecued again =x
then realised RAW AGAIN . what the tut . -.- then i gave up on mine and threw in the dustbin =.= truly a memorable barbecue hahahs .
5th day :
BORING lessons .
6th day :
went for an excursion to the walled villages in the new territories . it was very HOT there ..
and on the way to the walled villages , the whole grp of us were ambushed by bees ;x
didn't really listen to the tour guide who was speaking in cantonese . instead , took many silly pics with pun . apparently , she found the dustbin , fan and doors photogenic LOL hahahhhs x)
at nite , our host sisters brought us to Causeway Bay to shop (: bought many gifts for friends there[;
7th day :
attended the opening ceremony of the sch's sports day then went to
OCEAN PARK (: went on most of the rides with pun xD at first we were queuing at raging river then saw meryl and emily on the ride already -.- shouted their names but they didnt hear =x
hahahhs aft the ride , got really soaked =x but pun was worse , hahahs shaggy dog x)
we went on mine train later which was exhilarating (: aft the other rides , went souvenir shopping and spent quite alot there x.x
both pun and i bought this really cute octopus that i kept calling jellyfish LOL x.x
then called meryl and her friends and went on the cable car together ^^
all was well until the cable cars stopped ;x and we were left dangling in midair x.x
arghhhs so scary larhhs ;x
then started singing to ease the tension =x
aft 10 mins cable cars moved again .
but, as we were reaching the lowlands , stopped for a few mins again -.- got super freaked cos was kinda at the highest point -.-
arggghhhs .
anw , had a wonderful time there ^^
8th day :
watched the rest of the st marg's ppl leave ..then went to my hk relative's hse[;
9th -13 day :
helped babysit my 2 irresistably cuute cousins .. awwws , really miss them .
also had to teach the older one , Yung Yung piano . and she was so naughty ;x at one point got kinda frustrated nya ;X
then had to tutor her too , help with homework etc ;x
but they were so cute that u can't stay angry for long .. =x
so by the time we reached sg , was super tired liaos -_-
